Green Smoothie Challenge- Day 5

Breakfast: Smoothie with bananas, spinach, rucola, mixed exotic fruit (same as day 4), kiwi, apple, flax seeds, goji berries.

Lunch: second half of the smoothie and some fava beans leftover from yesterday.

Afternoon: nothing!

Dinner: Salad: spinach, red mangold, half a orange bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, green beans. Seasoning: apple cider vinegar.

Drink: more or less 2 litres of herba mate.

Exercise: 65-70 mins walking.
